Treatment Theory

Frequency Treatment

• 0.20mm or 0.25mm roller can be used every second day.
• 0.50mm roller can be used once a week.
• 1.00mm roller can be used once per three weeks.
• 1.50mm and above roller should not be used more often than once every 5 weeks.

Disinfection

• 0.2mm or 0.25mm Derma Roller
• After each use, soak the derma roller for ten minutes in a mixture of warm water and dishwashing liquid, air-dry.
• 0.5mm and Above
• Wash the derma roller in warm water and dishwashing liquid, taking great care not ti bend the needles.
• Then soak it in disinfecting alcohol for 20 minutes. Discard the alcohol, air-dry. Put back into container.
• Keep the container clean with hot water but do not use any cloth or sponge to clean it since those are full of bacteria.

Caution

• Never share a derma roller with anyone else for hygiene reasons.
• Not recommended for use on irritated or infected skin, active acne, rosacea, eczema, moles etc.
• Be extra careful when rolling around the eyes; don't go any higher than your cheekbones.
• Don't use a derma roller on your eyelids as the skin is too thin.
• Keep the derma roller away from possible sources of contamination.
• Store it in its case when not in use.Never use on animals or children.
